PHYSICAL ACTIVITY is an on-going performance and art project with a vision of repetitive movements, activities of human body, instruments and contemporary music. This idea is choreographed with different set-ups as organic sculptures. While playing music instruments the body is in strict posture and unnaturally limited.
The aspect of interpretation of music is seen as a means to an end, but it could be distinguished as an independent medium, which unifies the visual and the auditive experience into an abstract perception.
In this project these taboos of playing instruments are being broken by using for example explosively human body activities and emphasizing the aesthetic of the music instruments as part of an organic living sculpture into a performative act.
